You’ve Got to Try This New Method to Escape from Drowning
Posted On June 21, 2021
Drownings have been the norm for decades.
But in 2017, an emerging trend was emerging that allowed people to escape drowning, using lucid dreams.
But it didn’t always go so well.
The New York Times reports that people can’t wake up from a dream with only a brief period of lucidity, and some people have experienced problems with their ability to remember their dreams.
Lucid dreams are supposed to help people overcome problems with remembering memories, but they also can have serious risks for people who experience them, including mental health issues.
Some experts have argued that the use of lucid dreams is an effective tool for helping people escape from drowning, but it also has serious health risks, including depression, psychosis and other mental health problems.
There are now studies underway to determine whether lucid dreams help people with mental illness or other conditions, according to the Times.
Lucid dreams have also been used in the treatment of PTSD.
In one study, researchers in Finland examined the effects of a form of lucid dreaming known as lucid meditation.
The study found that patients who reported being more lucid in their dreams were more likely to be able to maintain a consistent and stable sleep schedule.
