How I spent my Christmas vacation
Posted On August 2, 2021
I was in New York City for a long vacation on Dec. 6 and my Santa delivered some of the best gifts I could have asked for.
My Santa sent me an amazing gift: a custom framed picture of a smiling woman.
“You have such a sweet smile!”
“Thank you, Santa!”
The man, who asked to remain anonymous, replied: “You’re welcome.”
My Santa had a lot to say about the gifts I received, including how much he loved my cat, whom he named “Little Man.”
Santa also sent me a handmade shirt and hat.
“I’m going to wear it every day for the rest of my life,” he said.
And the best part?
Santa sent a pair of socks to my room so I could wear them all day every day.
“If I could do it all over again,” he told me, “I would do it over.”
Santa’s Santa card is a bit of a mystery.
He wrote, “Please stop reading about Santa and keep reading about me.”
I can’t imagine how Santa felt that his gift was being shared.
He must have felt like a great guy.
But he was still a little confused.
After my Santa sent his card, he wrote: “I don’t think I should say anything about myself, but it feels like I’m being too self-conscious.”
He didn’t mention what he had received in exchange for the socks, which he called a “beautiful Christmas present.”
Santa explained that he had a hard time finding a perfect match for his socks, so he started collecting socks online.
“A few months ago, I started collecting, and it started to take off,” he wrote.
“So, I thought: If I do this, then I might as well have a great time.
So, here’s my gift to you.”
I started sorting socks online and came across Santa’s Sock Slinger, which had a photo of a cute girl with a big black cat on it.
I had to try it on.
It was too big, so I went back to the local Wal-Mart and bought a new pair.
Santa told me I could use them for two months, so for now, they’re on the shelf.
I can finally start wearing them to bed every night!
